Welcome to the Oliver Wyman Christ Church Regatta online entries system.
If you are logged in, you will see three links in the menu bar above. To add a crew, click 'add crew'; to edit crew members, click 'edit crews'.
Once you have added a crew to the database you can select rowers and coxes by clicking on the 'edit crews' link. On this page you will see a list of the crews you currently have entered and, on the right hand side, a crew list for each. Beneath this list is a link marked '[edit]'. Clicking this link will take you to the crew selection page.
On the crew selection page you will see two lists, one of available rowers (on the left) and one of selected rowers for the particular crew (on the right). To select a rower in your crew simply drag their name from the list on the left into your crew. Once you have 8 rowers selected you can change the order of the crew by dragging and dropping the rowers names within the list on the right.
To remove a rower from a crew simply drag their name back onto the left hand list.
To select a cox for your crew use the drop-down menu at the bottom of the right hand list.
To add more rowers or coxes to your available pool, fill in their details in the forms at the bottom of the page and they will be added to your list.
Note: If you wish to have female rowers rowing in men's crews they must be entered as Gender: male.
